Frequently asked questions

How are cancellations handled?


We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please contact us directly if cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellation/no show fees may be charged for missed/late/no show appointments. We understand emergencies come up and always strive to be as accommodating as possible.




Transportation?


Please allow ample time for parking nearby, certain times of day can be more difficult. Public Transportation is your best bet, as we are located just off the Powell Street MUNI & BART Station on Market Street in San Francisco.




Do you take insurance?


No. Due to the nature of this therapy, we are out network, however, as a courtesy we can provide you with a super bill for your reimbursement.




What kind of payment do you accept?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Cash, Check, FSA (Flex Spending Account), and HSA (Health Savings Account).
